Xueqi is an AI/ML Scientist at Siemens Healthineers (Malvern, PA) working on improving segmentation algorithms with fast inference and improved accuracy, under weakly supervised or unsupervised learning. She obtained her PhD at the School of Engineering and Applied Science, Yale University, where she is co-advised by Prof. Chi Liu at Yale Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Center and Prof. Nicha Dvornek at Yale Image Processing and Analysis Group. She was a summer intern at Siemens Healthineers in 2022 and 2023 working on generative data harmonization and weakly-supervised segmentation. Before coming to Yale, she did her undergraduate study at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research interests are medical image analysis and medical computer vision, specializing in but not limited to registration, generation, segmentation, and denoising for dynamic PET, CT, and MRI.
